DPN 2013/12 frozen. Please review and translate.

We have just finished the last bits of the new issue of DPN
to be released Monday. We would appreciate reviews and translations.

<toc-add-entry name="gsoc">Debian accepted for Google Summer of Code</toc-add-entry>

<p>For the eighth year in a row, 
<a href="http://bits.debian.org/2013/04/call-for-students-gsoc-2013.html";>Debian
has been accepted as a mentoring organisation</a> for
<a href="http://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/homepage/google/gsoc2013";>Google
Summer of Code</a> (SoC), proposing a number of stipends for students aged 18 or
older to write code for selected free and open source software projects.

Eligible students for this program may consult the 
<a href="http://wiki.debian.org/SummerOfCode2013/Projects";>list of projects</a>
proposed by Debian and contact mentors in order to prepare their application.
More information is available on the dedicated
<a href="http://wiki.debian.org/SummerOfCode2013";>wiki page</a>. 

If you are interested in applying to this program, send an email to the 
<a href="mailto:soc-coordination@lists.alioth.debian.org";>SoC coordination mailing
list</a>, or come and chat in the #debian-soc IRC channel.

In order to offer the best mentorship for students, the Debian SoC team is
<a href="http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2013/03/msg00004.html";>also
looking for co-mentors</a> for the proposed projects.

<toc-add-entry name="opw">Debian participates in Outreach Program for Women</toc-add-entry>

<p>
Mònica Ramírez Arceda announced that Debian will participate to the
<a href="https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2013/04/msg00001.html";>next
round of the Free and Open Source Software
Outreach Program for Women</a>, started in 2006 by the GNOME Foundation, rejoined by
other FOSS organisations.

<a href="http://bits.debian.org/2013/04/joining-opw.html";>Debian is proposing
an internship from June to September</a> to work on 
any kind of project, including coding, design, marketing, and web development.
All women who are not yet a Debian Developer or a Debian Maintainer are encouraged to apply. 
There are no age restrictions and applicants don't need to be a student.
