This is not possible. You need to subscribe each channel to follow.
or
But it is possible to follow a group of posts marked "Debian".

eg. http://follow.debianart.org/group/debian
all msgs with mark group " !debian "


the script "list.sed" is responsible to guarantee appointments  
automatically, but does not seem to work right.
Eg.
