There's guidelines for the times.debian.net at

And then guidelines for the project news at
http://wiki.debian.org/ProjectNews/Guidelines
Both have been updated. I couldn't locate any for the Publicity Team
in general. For the future we might consider having just one set of
guidelines and have it apply to all Publicity related projects.
