I did not know about these guidelines (I am new here) but I have read
them now. http://wiki.debian.org/ProjectNews/  They say:

paragraph with up to 5 lines long. An article shouldn't be longer than
10 lines.

The Powua article has 4 paragraphs, I think it can be done in one
paragraph with 5 lines of text. Same for the ArtistX article.

It makes DPL longer and I think more people will read the DPL completely
(like a letter) when there are no real titles on a seperate line. But
maybe I am wrong...
