it is. DebianTimes isn't using that exclusively.
Alright. Perhaps some sort of mailbox should be set up for public
submissions or something? Also more submissions are definitely needed,
half of Debian Times seems to be DWN posts.
BTW is there a reason why debian-publicity has the words "(dead list)"
after it in some of the indices? (e.g. stats page) Just not updated
yet?
