Another non-English Linux distribution, and the only one listed for
Japanese that I can find, is <URL:http://www.debian.or.jp/>.

It may or may not be worth noting that both MNIS and Eagle are
Debian-derived distributions.

Debian itself aims to be an Internation distribution.  We definately
have some work to go on that front, but it might be worth noting that
we are actively merging the efforts of Eagle, MNIS, and Debian-jp into
the main distribution.
