Okay, I guess this Mailman3 testing would be maily focused on the
user experience (i.e. list members, moderators and owners), not
the sysadmin experience (running Mailman3 itself, migrating from
existing setups, etc.).

Regarding alioth-lists, I forsee the upgrade to Mailman3 as part
of the natural lifecycle of the service since Mailman2 will be
eventually unmaintainable. If the user experience also improves
with Mailman3 would be great, but I think that this is not our
(alioth-lists admins) main goal. Our main goal is alioth-lists
service continuity.
