Just like for every hosting solution: you deal with it when it happens.
With my 10 years experience of running a hosting business, I don't think
this is a huge problem.

I'm convinced as well that there's no demand for it.
However, if we start doing some CI things (like piuparts, adequat,
rebuild & rebuild twice and so on) on each upload, then it makes sense
to have a cloud with throwable VMs. And there's all sorts of compute
loads that we could make a very good use of. It'd be super nice to have
the archive rebuild jobs running on the Debian infrastructure rather
than on AWS for example.
