Well actually, for the moment, I'm using the same input data that the
script which generates www.d.o/devel/people, which doesn't query LDAP
and only parses the Package/Source maintainer fields.

Yes, that would be the best thing to do for sure, for a real WebID
service.

I'll try and check how this is done in
http://qa.debian.org/developer.php, for instance, which binds your 2
identities, for instance.

But for sure, the GPG keyring could be a source of meta-data for FOAF
profiles.

OK.

Well, my sources are in a personal repo on git.debian.org [0], but
that's just a very raw proof of concept anyway (and a dirty hack, so
far). I'll add the details next time I'm working on it.

For the moment, the how I'm producing the meta-data doesn't matter so
much, I think, but more important is the content, i.e. the model, the
form of the URIs, the links with other RDF sources (like the PTS), and
potential uses.

I have some ideas for a "full WebID profile system" which would look
like MyProfile [1] (including the Web auth features), if you're
interested, but that's for quite a longer term.

Thanks.
