I heard one request to go through with this on IRC, but no one has
thought it valuable enough to request in this thread that I do this.
Thus, I won't spend more time on it, and leave it to the same process
as past years.
Of course, people could now reply and I still have time to arrange
things before DebConf.
By the way, we now have well over 50% of travel sponsorship money
collected, and probably more (bank accounts views just haven't been
updated yet).
