I know and use RT daily. I've asked use-cases where we need to use
this 'complex ACL management'. What do you want to hide?

Two different tracking systems for only one project is a bad idea, if
somebody show a real use-case then what we need is a developers only
accessible BTS, not RT. I still fail to see a need for a second BTS
setup though.
