I am Ex-Officier (France) and now I am working as PMC (only Research and
IT) vor the Ministry of Defense. The French has sponsored for some time
Mandrake with 50 millon Euro to build a GOV-OS.

:-P

Mandrake was fucked!

I personaly use Debian since 03/1999 and after some month I told all
people that it will be the OS of the future and trashed ALL of my Win
installations using only Debian GNU/Linux.

OK, they have gaved me a little project... Debian on Servers!
(Thinking: Let crazy Michelle do!)

NOW, the WHOLE French Army (including Gendarmerie Nationale) is using
Debian on all Servers and... have forgotten me, which has started it
8 years ago!

In Strasbourg I maintain 23 Debian Servers for the Police Nationale,
4 Servers for the CUS (Communaute Urbain de Strasbourg) and 8 Servers
at the "Hotel de Departement".

All Debian, -- WHICH IS MY OS OF CHOICE!

Thanks, Greetings and nice Day
