Given that MJ Ray has taken the trouble to check the list for sites that
are still active, I think you are hitting the wrong nail[1] with the wrong
hammer[2].
I think it is a good guideline, but a guideline is not to be interpreted
too strictly. The fact that several sites do not exist anymore show it
was not useless.
