Hi,

your question seems more appropriate on the Debian-user mailing list.

Depends on the degree of learning you are willing to invest.

The installation process is text-oriented, but not command-line
oriented. It has a "character-oriented windows" interface. Generally,
it is my opinion that graphical installers are way overrated.

Since Debian offers a multitude of different desktop environments and
window managers, and we don't have a "default" (you can choose on
installation), delivering snapshots is a pretty challenging endeavour.
