If you create Debian packages yourself and file an RFC bug, there's chance
that somebody will work with you to get it included in Debian. Since Debian
is a volounteer organisation, you can easily influence whether your
application will be included in Debian: if you want it to be included, the
thing to do is become a Debian developer yourself.
