I often want to know when a new version of a package comes out or if
new bug reports are found for a certain package.
Currently the onlz sollution is to look manually or to get flooded
with info about ALL packages by subscribing to the general bug mailing
list.
What I want would be for each package a mailinglist, e.g.
"<package name>-fans@lists.debian.org" to which all bug reports would
be forwared automatically. Also on upload the top of the Changelog
could be posted. The maintainer should be subscribed there too, but
should not recieve bug reports twice.
A nice solution would be to use "<package name>@packages.debian.org"
as the mailinglist address and tell the bug reports to use that
address instead of the maintainer ones (if it doesn't do that already).
