Certainly. Start at http://www.debian.org/ports/sparc/, which contains a
link to the Debian Installation Manual for the SPARC port. Look at
http://cdimage.debian.org/ for how to get CDs or CD images.

The listed CD-ROM provider in France (Ikarios) doesn't seem to provide
CDs of the sparc port. Perhaps you could ask them, or else get someone
to burn you CDs from images.
