Dear Mr walker,

for those osund cards that development companies released information about,
there's a driver that can be built into the kernel or as a module, loadable
dynamically on request.

All the other things are available as applications building on that, much
like windows. However this is nothing debian-specific, so I think you'd
rather ask such things on a kernel mailing list, or you take the time to
actually download and look at a linux kernel.
