And, in addition, everybody trying to keep up with unstable over a slow
dialup connection is now going to have to spend hours downloading
useless updates to dozens or hundreds of packages (or else more hours
trying to work out whether the updates actually made any user-visible
improvements). Had Goswin discussed this on debian-devel, I would have
told him this.
