Why do you say that? You have to realize it will be different from the
other ports, in that it won't ship the operating system, but only
sections of the userland.

I certainly wouldn't mind having dpkg and things like vim and bash
packaged for win32. (I know a couple of people are porting dpkg
to that environment, I have no idea what their progress is though).
