Bug#982742: cups: config of usb printer now impossible due to usblp and libusb conficting (used to work!)

Possibly because one is a manual queue and one a cups-browsed queue.

Follow our wiki advice or purge cups-browsed.

I have asked for a little bit of information about lpstat in another
post. Maybe the ipp-usb logs Alex requested logs may help. Otherwise,
I am at a loss to suggest a good debugging technique.
