3.14.1-1 is not provided by either of the two supported versions of
Debian, jessie and stretch, so closing. Retesting with an unstable
installation (hplip-data 3.17.10+repack0-5 at present) and providing
evidence that prelink (unmaintained upstream AFAICT) does not impair
the operation of a perfectly good file would be expected.
