Since I have not obtained a mail from you about the scanner problems since Tue,
28 Feb 2017 I reopen this bug. Your replies have not reached me. And you cannot 
expect me to look at the web page for all bugs I've submitted.

I see that my email address, and the bug number is on the mail from Wed, 22 Nov
2017 but I have never seen that mail, honestly. Neither did I get the mails from
Thu, 17 Aug 2017 or Thu, 15 Jun 2017, Wed, 14 Jun 2017. Was the bug submitter
mail address change? I did not get any mails since the mail from Martin Heine
