Before the installation of the Brother DCP-9022CDW, the HP MFP_M277 scanner ran perfectly fine. Now, The HP is no more working, but the Brother scanner does. Both devices are connected via network.
I just ran into that bug report, when I was trying to solve the HP problem after brscan4 installation and thought maybe it helps. I already informed Brother Company about this issues and hope they are working on a bug fix of their driver. I am also trying to give this machine back to the reseller, it prints terrible with Linux as well, compared to the HP, which does a fantastic job.
