Bug#750498: 'SystemdIdleTimeout' and 'IdleExitTimeout' are not in 'man cupsd.conf'
I know the intent was there per the cups changelog

Perhaps it was documented at some point, but it is not there in cups V2.1.2-2.
Even worse, it looks like the functionality is gone, as seen in my
cups error logs going back to some unknown point in the past:

This directive was working as noted here, but I hadn't used CUPS printing on my Debian machine for some time.
I just noticed this error when trying to do printer configuration via the web interface and seeing that
cups wasn't listening on port 631. The root cause was this 'Unknown directive' error which caused the daemon
to exit (with return code 0 no less).
