Generally it downloaded the plugin on previous installation very well and
there was no problems at all.
Download the plugin matching your hplip version from
https://www.openprinting.org/download/printdriver/auxfiles/HP/plugins/
Install with
hp-plugin -i -p /path/to/plugin
