Fix for CUPS "usb" backend not working correctly with some HP LaserJet printers

Hi,

Mike has committed a fix for a problem of the "usb" backend of CUPS with 
some HP LaserJets:

I think this is important to have in Ubuntu 15.10. I have committed the 
appropriate patch to the Debian repository of CUPS, to the branch for 
unstable. I am very grateful if you could make a release so that I can 
sync it into Ubuntu.
