From your checkout I wanted to build the package. According to
debian/README.source, I should enter the following commands:
quilt push -af
This does not work, it results in:
No series file found
(Did you mean to set export QUILT_PATCHES=debian/patches
beforehand?)
Just entering git-buildpackage, however, seems to do the trick.
Trying to build the manpages alone, I read in debian-manpages/README:
quilt push manpage-translations.patch, which fails again with:
No series file found
Setting QUILT_PATCHES=debian/patches does the trick again :-))
