I haven't found a trace of the fix of the above bug in the Debian
package. Only,
ps2write - only execute setpagedevice if /PageSize changes
Bug #692691
(November 2011) in History9.htm, which seems to be a bit related
(perhaps an incomplete fix, completed by GS bug #694852). But this
is a version from 2012, while the fix was done in December 2013.
Do you have more information?
