Check cups.socket.d.output.txt

Yes, I disabled IPv6.
# cat /etc/sysctl.d/disableipv6.conf 
net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6=1

It seems this is the reason why it doesn't work, I comment 
"ListenStream=[::1]:631"  and it works fine.

No, I didn't upgrade to sid, I upgrade my existing sid installation.
