tried the same file to the lexmark and was ok, hangs on Hp3300, in job que

processing since

the first entry to the 3300 was a text file printed ok
the second 3300 was the failed print which holds the que
tried to the w480 printed satifactorily
I am at a loss what else can I do for you?
