If it is the same bug we had before, it will be turned on every time
anything bothers hpiod, such as the CUPS regular maintenance cronjobs
causing it to re-run the device detection of the hp:// backend.
IMO it is a very aggravating bug, I have been subject to it myself on a
DeskJet 5550. Fortunately, my new PhotoSmart 2610 turns the USB interface
off for real when in "standby" mode, so it is not subject to this bug.
