Thanks for reporting this.  The docbook tools changed the default name
again...

Due to the requirement to remove GFDL-licenced manuals from Debian,
the next release will necessarily have to drop the gutenprint-doc
package, so unfortunately this will have to be fixed by dropping the
manual entirely.

Hopefully, once the GFDL licence issues are sorted out, I can then add
it back in again.
