Bug#329346: cupsys-driver-gutenprint: Lexmark Z45 stopped working after switching to gutenprint

Hi Roger,

Thanks for looking into this. I'm attaching access_log and error_log
with LogLevel debug. From the addition of the printer to the Test Page
request. The result was a *completely* blank page.
