Bug#329346: cupsys-driver-gutenprint: Lexmark Z45 stopped working after switching to gutenprint

Yep, 100% updated.

I was using Z43 with no ppd hacking at all. Default options. I tried
suppling the older ppd (changing version numbers so that Gutenprint
won't complain) to cups, but all I get is:
E [22/Sep/2005:12:13:26 +0200] PID 2857 stopped with status 22!
And the debug output wasn't helpful at all.
So I guess at some point someone fucked up support por Z45.
