There's a firmware version number that the via-pmu driver already
gets from the hardware (in pmu_version). We should probably restrict
this feature to some set of PMU versions. That can be discovered with
trial and error. Initially just restrict it to whatever version
numbers you get back on your hardware. Once the code is there, it's
easy to add more.
