Re: yaboot uuid and luks encryption

Hi,

I've written a patch to ybin that fixes this problem, and posted them to the debian-powerpc list and the yaboot-users list, but nobody seems to be interested enough to pick it up and get it into the yaboot package.

I've given up trying to get this problem fixed.

yaboot .conf:

boot = /dev/hda7
# boot = "/dev/disk/by-label/bootstrap"

yaboot does not like spaces or quotes in the boot = line.
The solution is easy, change your line to
boot=/dev/hda7
# boot=/dev/disk/by-label/bootstrap
