All objects linked
into /usr/lib/kde4/libamarok_collection-sqlcollection.so (which is in
amarok according to dlocate) need to be compiled with -fPIC.

(Failure to do so is a violation of Debian policy 10.2, so technically
this is a bug of severity serious)
