With 32MB (Radeon 9200) I had to hack around DRI limits to run Beryl at 1240x1024 and then it chockes an more than few windows. I do think that graphic card's memory is a decisive factor - i have heard reports of Beryl working on Radeon 7000. Oh, and of course Beryl won't work on NVidia cards unless Noveau driver devs have made some great advancements recently. -- Andrzej Mendel <amendel@wp.pl>
