Again - booting Motorola Powerstack II
Hello everybody,
my earlyer request and the answers on it have brought me to the conclusion
that the only way to boot and install the Mototrola Powerstack II is to
download a netboot CD image, boot it from tftp and go through the network
install process.
Obviously only the Etch image will do this properly.
As I pay by volume I want to make sure I understood everything before I
download GB's of data.
Is it correct that I need to download the Etch netboot image such as
/cdimage/etch_di_rc1/powerpc/iso-cd/debian-testing-powerpc-netinst.iso
and boot it from a local tftp server in my LAN, and will it lead into the Etch
installation process?
And - as Etch ist still in "testing" status, will it run stable or are there
other caveats?
TIA
Matthias
