It seems to me that you have a problem with your network configuration.
(because you use ip static)
I have

# route
Kernel IP routing table
Destination Gateway Genmask Flags Metric Ref Use Iface
192.168.0.0 * 255.255.255.0 U 0 0 0 sta0
default 192.168.0.1 0.0.0.0 UG 0 0 0 sta0
----------------
(192.168.0.1 = ip_of_my_router)
Also check your /etc/resolv.conf
If you use the package resolvconf, you can add two lines
in your /etc/network/interfaces:

dns-search tele2.fr <---my isp
dns-nameservers 192.168.0.1 <---ip_of_my_router
