I digged into this for some hours without any result :/
I didn't find any doc about the place where kbds were placed; I thought
they were in /etc/x11/xkb/symbols/macintosh :(

Yes. It was used by package xlibs.

I found the new place /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/macintosh_vndr/ by
using package contents search:
http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?word=fr&searchmode=searchfiles&case=insensitive&version=unstable&arch=powerpc
The new package is xkb-data.

The driver name changed from keyboard to kbd too.
Why was there no warning in paquet install ? :((
