I had problems too but with drivers/char/ipmi/ipmi-devintf.c (wrong num. of arguments...I commented out the "obviously offending arg" and am now running from that build...or descendent thereof). I grabbed a clean version (via rsync) from ppckernel.org for my build (and then "fixed it").
