Booting Sarge on a RS6000 43P Model 150

Hi,

I have a problem where I cannot even boot a kernel on my RS6000 43P Model
150 that I got from work. I've setup a TFTP server and when I use boot
net, I get the following;

0 > boot net:10.0.1.100,,10.0.1.7 console=ttyS0 load_ramdisk=1 devfs=mount
LOAD: Waiting 60 seconds for Spanning Tree
BOOTP R = 1 BOOTP S = 1
FILE: /tftpboot/tftpboot.img
Load Addr=0x4000 Max Size=0xbfc000
FINAL Packet Count = 6484 Final File Size = 3319714 bytes.
chrpboot starting: loaded at 0x00400000
initial ramdisk moving 0x3e89000 <- 0x005a2000 (176836 bytes)
gunzipping (0x00010000 <- 0x00406c64:0x005a14fe)...

Where 10.0.1.100 is the tftp server and 10.0.1.7 is the IP of the client
machine being installed but it hangs indefinetly a this point. For
tftpboot.img, I tried
http://people.debian.org/~luther/d-i/vmlinuz-chrp-rs6k-di-beta3-2004.03.16,
http://people.debian.org/%7Eluther/d-i/vmlinuz-2.4.25-powerpc-chrp-rs6k
and
http://people.debian.org/%7Eluther/d-i/vmlinuz-2.4.25-powerpc-chrp-rs6k.initrd

But they all result in the same thing. I also tried feeding in the kernel
parameters by using;

setenv boot-file console=ttyS0 devfs=mount
boot net

But it resulted in the same thing. Judging from the archives, people have
had similar problems but following the same instructions did not help me.
I have to be doing something stupid as I barely know which way is up with
the hardware :/.

In case it makes a difference, I am installing this over a serial console
as I get no reaction from the graphics card no matter what I do. To be
honest, I'm hoping that this is booting and I just cannot see it because I
fed in the kernel parameters wrong

Thanks for any help people can give.
