Because at times I'm dumb, and only cloning what I see elsewhere:
I'm not sure I did create /etc/alsa/modutils/ ... but rather sure I
made /etc/alsa/modutils/1.0: I think I found the advice to create it
here:

Thanks for letting me know: I think I'll remove /etc/alsa/modutils/
sometime in the near future and test whether sound is still working
here ... :)
