kernel 2.6.12-rc4 and xfree: 99% cpu

Hi,

New problem with kernels 2.6.12-rc*. When I launch startx, XFree86
eat more than 90% of cpu, the screen is black, the mouse is
alive because I can rise the cursor.
I logged in with ssh and saw:

Then _sudo reboot_ and:

The .config is pmac-defconfig or my old .config from the
kernel 2.6.11.5 patched with
ppc32-750-errata-fix.diff
ppc32-pmac-sleep-fix.diff
which is working nicely.

Any hints? Thanks.

Jean-Paul Vincent.
