Clean ofonly from the yaboot.conf entry, ybin-ize your ibook and reboot.
X is working here, except for the fact that some actions take ages to happen:
save image as from kde apps takes a long time, and trying to edit the URL
entry in mozilla-based apps (mozilla-firefox, galeon,...) takes also a long
time.
