This stuff got changed pretty massively. The keyboard input handler now
depends on CONFIG_VT.

You may have missed something. Make sure you have CONFIG_VT setup, as
well as the input layer and ADB. You'll need the CUDA driver, too.

Sounds similar to some of the old bugs I remember. Check back in the
archives about 4 years or so. Most of the discussion back then was
