Dead Keys Not Working correctly in X and Console....
How can i configure keyboard in X , in text mode many dead keys are
working but ~, i've already selected various keymas but i can't issue
"~" + "a" ...
it recognizes ~ as a dead key but when eh try ~ + a it returns "a"
anybody knows about this?
