respawning too fast...

Hi,

I got this Problem and according to some board-posts and newsgroups I
found using google some others do, too. Unfortunately nothing they
posted helped in resolvnig this problem. I am shure I just messed up
some minor thing when switching to 2.6.x kernels.

Does anyone here know the short answer? 

I do not have the same Problem running debian on my i386 right left to
me. Everything a-ok there.
